Aston International Academy is a unique language school in the heart of Austin. We are known for our high-quality and high-energy classes in a family-like environment, where English is the medium for intercultural connection. We aim to provide students with the support they need to achieve their goals, while also offering opportunities to interact with the local community.
We are currently seeking an Evening Receptionist who can also help expand our school’s clientele by selling our classes over the phone and through social media. We are looking for an extroverted individual who can express themselves well in both English and Spanish, can market a product, and is a good salesperson. In addition, this individual should be organized and should not shy away from regular office / receptionist work. Finally, although it is not a requirement for the position, the ideal candidate would have some experience teaching English as a foreign language so that they might be able to fill in for a teacher in a pinch if a teacher gets sick. Ideally, our Evening Receptionist would have a background in marketing and sales. Ability to communicate at a basic level in Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, or Portuguese is also a plus, but not required.
